Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (including all documents to which these Terms of Sale link) apply to your purchase of food trailers and related products from HENAN BELYOO MACHINERY CO.,LTD. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please review these Terms of Sale carefully as they control your purchase. If you do not wish to accept these Terms of Sale, do not order products or services offered on or through www.shop.belyoo.com/ (the “Website”).
1. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards, PayPal . Only one payment method is allowed per checkout unless combined with a Belyoo Gift Card.
All transactions are processed by third-party payment processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may be required to provide specific information to complete your purchase, such as credit card details, billing address, and shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) USED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR TRANSACTION.
You authorize us to provide your transaction details to our payment processors to complete your purchase. Verification may be required before we finalize or ship your order.
2. Shipping Policies for International Orders
Shipping is not free for international orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Additional costs such as taxes, duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We use ocean freight for international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs procedures. All international shipments are trackable once processed by the carrier.
Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable, and customers will not receive a refund if a shipment is refused or undeliverable.
3. Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange any product (including custom trailers) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the item is in new, unused condition and has not been altered, damaged, or soiled. Items must also have their original tags or labels attached.
Custom-built trailers or any special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our Website. We may limit or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if orders appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
If we change or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
5. Price Adjustments
If the price of an item you purchased drops within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment. We will provide you with store credit equal to the price difference. We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.

6. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
These Terms of Sale are incorporated into and governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are available in the footer section of each page of our Website. Any disputes shall be governed by the dispute resolution, governing law, and jurisdictional provisions set forth in our Terms of Use.
