We are committed to providing you with efficient and convenient delivery services. The following is our transportation and delivery policy:

• Ready-stock products: If you purchase a ready-stock product, we will process and ship it within 1-2 working days after receiving the order to ensure that you receive the goods as soon as possible.
• Customized products: For customized food truck orders, we will process them within 30-45 working days after receiving the order. During this period, we will ensure the production, inspection and packaging of the products to ensure quality and safety.

We use sea freight to transport products to your local port. The specific transportation process is as follows:

• Sea freight delivery: We will transport the products to the port you specify and provide relevant transportation tracking information. Please note that sea freight transportation takes a long time, usually 5-7 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping arrangements.
• Customer self-collection: Once the goods arrive at the designated port, you need to handle the import customs clearance procedures and pick up the goods by yourself. If you need our assistance with customs clearance or last-mile delivery services, please contact us and we will provide you with corresponding service options.

We currently support global ocean shipping. The shipping cost and shipping time of the specific destination port will vary depending on your location. Please select your shipping address during checkout so that we can calculate the accurate shipping cost and shipping time.
